Sessions Specialty Company does not guarantee the sale of products, and all sales are final. If there are any damages or shortages upon delivery, the cosignee is required to note on the delivery receipt the number of cases damaged or short before the driver leaves with the driver’s signature on the delivery receipt.

If damages or shortages are not noted on the delivery receipt, Sessions Specialty Company cannot file a claim with the carrier and no credit will be issued to the cosignee. Sessions Specialty Company cannot issue credit for merchandise that expires while in the customer’s possession.
